  • Advanced Medical Directive (AMD) & Lasting Power of Attorney (LPA)

For patients who have been to our clinic before, you may call us during opening hours to take a queue number via phone.

   

Community Health Assist Scheme (CHAS)

Singapore Citizens who are holding a CHAS card are eligible for acute (except green card)  subsidy*.

Common medical conditions such as cough, cold, diarrhoea, headaches, fever are covered under the “Acute conditions”.

*Some conditions (e.g. health screening, employment check ups) are not eligible for subsidies. Subsidies are subject to a visit cap per month and per year.
