Tele-consultation

Medications can be picked up at the clinic or delivery can be arranged at an additional charge of $8.00 before GST.

Select Tele-medicine for an online consult, or Get Q No. if you’d like to walk-in!
Once your telemedicine request is made, you should see the screen to the left.
Please be advised that the queue number may not be in sequence. The doctor will be online within 15-30 minutes for tele-medicine. For walk-in: You should see the screen to the left instead. Please make your way down to the clinic

STEP 4:

Payment can be via Paynow using UEN Number. Digital MC and lab reports can be viewed in eDocs.
